Terms of Service

By using sevenmiledigital.com or booking a service from Seven Mile Digital, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a shoot.

Bookings & deposits

A non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due before final delivery unless stated otherwise on your invoice. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Weather & rescheduling

Florida weather is unpredictable. If conditions are unsafe or unusable, we reschedule at the earliest opening. There's no reschedule fee for weather holds.

Drone operations

We are FAA Part 107 licensed and insured. Some locations require waivers, facility maps, or permission from the property owner; we coordinate these where possible and advise on alternatives if approval can't be obtained.

Image rights & usage

You receive a personal or business-use license to the final delivered media. We retain copyright and the right to use the work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Limitations

We deliver our work to professional standards but don't guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, listings, weddings booked, etc.). Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
